Alec runs 10K for Pegasus
As I rapidly approach the milestone that is 60, I've decided to have a go at the Manchester 10k again 👟 This time, I'll be doing so in aid of Pegasus RDA 🐎
Pegasus are a very local charity for me, who provide horsey-based activities for both children and adults with learning disabilities, with weekly sessions that can help to:

Improve communication skills

Boost physical improvements

Improve confidence
-
Develop new skills
I've seen their work first-hand, and I know how much children can benefit from what Pegasus provides. Pegasus rely solely on grants and donations, so if anyone would like to pay for me to suffer for 6 miles, it would be gratefully appreciated. It would help them to continue their great work within my local community.
So...running's not my forté - I'd prefer two wheels, so I'm not expecting to finish in 40' ⏱️ Anything less than 80' will be a bonus.

And what a result...Alec absolutely smashed his target and raised a whopping £796.25 for Pegasus!!
